A green chili has good flavor
A green chili has good flavor. I worked out in New Mexico and it was fearful for me to order anything hot and I do like hot. I don’t know if it was mislabeled, but there is no heat in this chili at least in the first bottle I’ve opened I mean it’s not even medium. I would call it mild. We’ll see about the next bottle. Maybe it was some weird thing or a weird batch but actually is good. I was hoping for more because what I paid for. Thank you.
Just had a chili relleneu today and was good
Just had a chili relleneu today and was easy to prepare and taste was good. Little too much batter for me. Being from New Mexico I was surprised it shipped from New Jersey and one of the packages was starting to thaw .

We ordered a gift set of Hatch Chilies only a few days before Christmas, and they arrived to our in-laws 2 days before Christmas, and were a major hit!! Thank you for the great product line and fabulous service! Lanette & Don
The Best in Hatch Chile
Hatch Chile is a great product and this company makes it seamless to order every year. I grew up in the Southwest and went up to Hatch every year to get my 25lbs of roasted Chiles. Now I’m in the Northeast and it is difficult to find Hatch green chile so this company is my lifesaver! The Chiles are wonderful and worth every penny to this pepper belly. Also, the company staff is responsive and friendly to boot! I’d expect nothing else out of the good old Southwest!
Great quality product
Great quality product. Ordering from them for last three years. Will continue!
Outstanding customer service
We moved out of New Mexico to Washington State, then on to Southern Colorado and have been ordering our New Mexico Chile shipped frozen for The Hatch Chile Store. Service and shipping has always been flawless. At the end of the day, no chile beats Hatch Green and they make it easy to get.

Excellent green chile rellenos and chimichanga. Everything is very tasty!
New Mexico flavor for a New Mexico…
New Mexico flavor for a New Mexico native. Been gone for years, but felt like I was sitting at the bar in Pecos....
Great
Great, as usual....lived in Hurley many years and have bought a lot already!
I saw your products advertised on…
I saw your products advertised on Facebook a few months ago and decided to give the green chili pepper sauce a try. I got the hot stuff. It's great! I've also tried the red, and the red and green. But the green is still my favorite.
No major complaints
I was raised in New Mexico and Mexican food became my favorite. Then I married a Navy man and moved, with no good Mexican restaurants around. I learned to make some dishes, but not Chili Rájenlos. Then I found your establishment. All orders, accept one, arrived still frozen and packed perfectly. I love everything about them. The only negative comment is I wish we were able to select how many is put in a sealed bag when prepping for shipping. I'm single and live alone, so I'm having to separate and put so many in each bag. I did buy a sealer and bags so I could do just that. Other than that, I have no complaints!
I just opened the green and it's…
I just opened the green and it's delicious. I lived in northern New Mexico for 30 years and became comfortable with the roasting every October and putting away some chili for the year. I now live in the Houston area and, well, chili isn't chili down here. The recent purchase has brought back fond memories and a tasty addition to my meals.
Good Stuff!!!
Used to live in Colorado but now reside in Indiana. Miss the festival in Pueblo where you could get fresh roasted chillies from Hatch NM...Shopped with these people several times and everything been flavorful and on time every time. Yes the quality is exceptional. Go ahead and spend some of your hard earned money,IT'S WORTH IT!
