Very good experience overall. Our order of tamales, chile rellenos, and green chile stew arrived in perfect frozen condition (although it is December and we are in Michigan!) although we were puzzled to see that the package originated in NEW JERSEY of all places. The tamales and green chile stew were very good. However, we found that pan frying the rellenos was not all that successful. We will try an air fryer next time.
Easy to order, products were delivered in good condition and the favors have been over the top. We ordered fresh mild & medium heat and they arrived and after blister there was exceptional flesh with that unique Hatch flavor. We also order 5 different salsas and ALL were well worth the purchase!! We will definitely be ordering again!
