All businesses should run like this

Customer service is the best and the climate is wayyy cooler than the last facility I was at. Clean and great hours. The best part is the internet price. A great deal! Parking is limited.

Facility is clean

HSS Pearl CIty Manager & Staff are SUPER

I've worked with other storage companies & this by far is the BEST. Staff is very professional and helpful. Liz at the Pearl CIty facility is SUPER - could not ask for a more professional, supportive & friendly manager. Liz & staff are very responsive to any issue [small as they may be] and have facilitated a very easy, problem free experience.

Great facility and staff

The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and has great customer service. The reason I chose Hawaii Self Storage is because the facility has AC, cameras, a great security system, and amenities like using their business office for meetings.
