I have been a steady customer with Hawaii Self Storage for many years. There have been times when I have needed as many as six storage lockers, and for many years I needed only one or two lockers. The consistency in every aspect of what someone wants in professional service from a Self Storage company has never waned...no matter the circumstance. Easy to rate them 5 Star!

This is very easy... they are the best!...

This is very easy, because everyone is exceptionally nice and helpful. The location is extremely clean and property maintained very nice. They have a very affordable price considering the pristine location. You will be happy as we have been with our choice! We will definitely be a long term client. They run their business with pride.

Mahalo for asking customers for their feedback. For the past few years I have been watching conditions of the Kaimuki storage facility decline. It was very nice when I first became a customer, but in recent years the need for cleaning and maintenance in the facility has become noticeable in many areas. And for some reason an interaction with one of your managers a few years ago has left me questioning staff professionalism and the way your company takes care of its customers. Sorry, even for myself I cannot recall the details of that interaction, but it made a lasting impression. Things I do appreciate are the website and online payment services. I like the 24-hour accessibility, which I make use of regularly. Things I wish would improve: Give customers a break on the rent once in a while. I understand the business model for storage is to continually raise the rent without increasing value for the customer, but when it seems the company is not investing in the facility or the customer experience or benefits, it leaves an unfortunate impression of your company. When people ask me for recommendations on a storage facility, I encourage them to shop around to find a well-kept, fairly priced option. I do not immediately recommend Hawaii Self Storage, even though I wish I could. Sorry about that. Thank you for your interest in our feedback.
