I will never ever use Hazel health ever again! The therapist was horrible, very unprofessional and did not help at all… what a waste of my time when I could’ve just used my own health insurance

I loved how personal the connection between my child's counselor and my child became. It happened quickly and with ease. My child was very nervous about the process going in and she quickly felt seen and understood. She also knew that her counselor truly liked her and wanted to spend those 45 minutes with her. She walked away with tools to help her anxiety and to help build her confidence!
Responsive & Resourceful
The providers were responsive to our request to switch to find a better match for our daughter. Once we switched she felt like it was a better fit and the therapist was easy to talk to. She received some basic support and guidance to get started with therapy and other resources to help her.

Our son was struggling with bullies at school and his overall self esteem. Working with his Hazel therapist each week helped him develop the skills needed to focus on building new friendships and being more confident in uncomfortable school situations.

My son had a wonderful experience through the Hazel program. Scheduling it during school hours worked best for our family. He gained some tools he can use to regulate bigger feelings and can identify when he needs to take some time for calm and reset. Our therapist Alison was wonderful!

Excellent Services
Very helpful program therapist have great personality They also make it a safe feeling environment. I recommend Hazel Health to anyone who has a teen regardless if they are showing that they need help or not.

You all only did a couple of sessions and gave minimal advice. She barely had time to open up less alone practice any coping mechanism. It was a waste of time. We are going get a referral from her doctors office and go elsewhere.

I liked that we were able to do telehealth visits. My Grandson worked with a Counselor last year who I really liked. She seemed to be able to connect with him. He doesn't like to open up but I think he did a little with her.

The staff! Mrs Quinones was so caring and informative in the process. She incorporated my child interest and needs during the session such as allowing him to move when he needed a break (ADHD) . She also was so helpful and so well spoken when talking to my son about his emotions.
