My child loved working with his provider and received some tools to address his needs. He looked forward to his sessions. My only issues are related to ending and Hazel Health customer service. I expected to get a summary or final message from the provider but didn't receive it. I reached out to Hazel Health via phone and recieved an automated message that directed me to an email. I sent an email several weeks ago but have not gotten a response.
I was a little skeptical about the services I was recommended, but Hazel Health's staff were very welcoming and helpful. They answered all my questions and assured me I was in great hands.

Comfort and Confidence
Our child felt completely comfortable talking with her therapist. Originally, she was hesitant to participate, but the Hazel Health counselor helped make the transition painless, and our daughter enjoyed it. She was excited to participate from day one. She's usually worried about what other people think, but she was 100% free to chat and share her ideas and feelings, and that rests completely with the therapist's ability to help a 10-year-old feel completely at ease and confident in being herself.
My child enjoyed and felt good to talk to his counselor as he felt heard and not judged. He asked if he can continue with the therapy as it helps with his anger issues.
Communication was awful. Then they wouldn’t communicate when services ended. We were suppose to be referred for long term therapy and never got any thing.
The experience was great, my daughter liked every session, since the first interaction to know if she was eligible the therapists were so helpful, respectful and supportive. We would have liked to continue with more sessions, but the school year has ended.
I used HH as a counseling service for my child since her school offered it for free. I thought it was helpful in a way in the topics it covered in general like self-esteem, etc. However, I noticed the provider seemed unable to give specific advice or give specific counseling on the issues my child was dealing with. I think the provider had a script or outline they had to follow, which I understand.
My grandson had counseling after the death of his mother. He gladly took the phone calls and was in a good mood after talking with the counselor. I was not privy to their conversation, but I do know it went well because of his behavior afterwards. So thank you for helping him.
Hazel health really helped my daughter. Her therapist was Jasmine and she provided excellent help, support and guidance for my daughter. Jasmine was such a big help for my family and for that I thank her so much.
