I have had the LED headlights on my Ram pickup for 5 years. They have operated flawlessly until a recent hicup in one bulb. Headlight Experts however not only honored the lifetime warranty but offered a deal on an upgrade. I recommend them highly!
The response with questions about products is great.
There customer service sucks!! They would not answer my questions via email or phone. When I finally was able to speak with someone they constantly cut me off, and told was over excited. Then the idiot hung up on me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! By the way still no product delivered!
I ordered the LED conversion kit (H6024LED) for my 1999 Jeep Wrangler TJ in August of 2024. These were very simple to install and I loved how they improved night visibility. Fast forward to this summer and both of the lights have failed, about 2 months apart. I contacted Headlight Experts and they delivered the great news that the lights are covered under a lifetime warranty... excellent! What isn't so great is that I had to pay to ship back the defective lights, which meant 2 charges because they failed months apart. Additionally, I have to pay for shipping to have the "free" warranty replacements shipped to me. So far, I'm about $60 in for my free warranty replacements!To make things even less wonderful, it's been over 9 weeks and I still haven't received my warranty replacements! They state it is a backorder issue, but seriously, how long should I have to wait? I would think after this amount of time, Headlight Experts would have offered some other replacements. Very disappointed in the warranty process and the never ending delays.
Purchased the LED conversion kit a couple years ago what a difference they made even compared to "other brand" plug n' play LED we tried. Solid bright lights and minimal flickering. We had an issue with a couple of the LED panels recently, the company offered to repair or purchase new set at cost.
I purchased the LED upgrade kit in 2024 for my 2011 Ram 3500. It significantly improved nightime driving. When one of the lights went bad, they honored their warranty and sent the latest lights for a nominal fee. Will definitely get a set for my 99 project truck as well!
Contacted after 10 days of it showing complete and talked to their chat. They stated they didn’t have the stuff to make it and will be going out at day 15. No help no nothing. Selling products they don’t even have on hand. No way to cancel or get a refund. Go through Amazon or somewhere else you have been warned
easy install, very bright head lights
I purchased my 2021 Subaru CrossTrek in January 2022, the headlights were original and were dim. After having LED lights on my previous car I knew I could not drive with these "warm yellow" headlights. I decided to convert the existing original manufactures headlights to LED. I bought the conversion kit from Headlight Experts in April 2022 and have loved how bright they are and will not go back to the standard headlights. Not only have they lasted for years, if anything happens, Headlight Experts has a lifetime warranty and great customer service !
Lights were good and when I had aproblem they worked to make it right.
I ordered 2 headlights and had them installed by my mechanic. One headlight is malfunctioning. I contacted Headlight Experts about a replacement (they claim to have a lifetime warranty). I was told I had to send back the faulty light at my expense so they can "check it out" and will replace it if they find it to be faulty. My complaint is I would be without a headlight in my car through this process. I find this to be unsafe. I supplied a video to prove the headlight is not working correctly. But will not budge on this. I'm concerned as well that they will say there is nothing wrong with the light and I'm stuck. This is not good customer service.
Ive purchased my set of low beam and high beam in 2018, and as im writing this review in 2026 only 1 bulb for the low beams are getting dim. Im well amazed on the great quality “H.E” provides. What caught my attention was the lifetime warranty. I was able to have all my head lights replaced under lifetime warranty. I will always be a customer of “H.E” thank you for your excellent customer service and excellent long lasting product.
I have had these headlights for a few years now and they work great, I have headlights and the fog lights. very bright Customer service is qucik and easy to deal with.
By far the brightest headlights I’ve ever had!
I’ve been waiting for these headlights since June 17… They send me emails asking if I paid then they send me receipts showing I paid then they send me emails asking me if I paid. I don’t know if one hand knows what the other is doing but their customer service is horrendous this way.

Great product, very easy to install
I had a bulb go out on my vehicle approximately 3 years after installation. The company gave me two choices, a replacement bulb or an option to upgrade my bulbs to newer more advanced ones. I chose the new bulbs. I was very happy to be given this choice.
Headlight Experts are great to work with. I very satisfied with the products and services they provide. When I made the switch to LED, I have never looked back. I have been using Headlight Experts products for almost 8yrs now and couldn't be happier.
