Greatly improved daily driving visibility. Makes hitting trails at night much more fun, much safer! Install was straight forward, took about 20 mins. Very worth the upgrade!!!

Back in April I bought some LED turn signals they were advertised as having built-in resistors to avoid hyperflash. I installed a turn signal and saw that I had hyper flash. I emailed customer service and instead of sending me a refund which I originally requested they sent me resistors to plug in to eliminate the hyperFlash. I try to install the resistors but one end of the resistors would not plug into my headlight housing. So I emailed them again. They tried telling me that my resistors and LED lights are working fine. They are engineers. I then replied They obviously aren't working fine if I have to email you about them not working fine and trying to get some resolve. They then told me that they are engineers and have sold over 6 million units and the claim that it doesn't fit in my headlight housing is laughable. I then demanded a refund since they weren't working as advertised. They denied a refund and they refused to send me the correct resistors.
Have had the LED headlight bulbs from Headlight Experts for over 5 years now with no issues. I’m upgrading to their latest model with a full lifetime warranty. I highly recommend they’re products.

In 2022 I purchased headlight and fog LED lights for my 2014 F150. I enjoyed a few years of excellent performance but one of the fog lamps burnt out in June 2026. Headlight experts, honored their lifetime warranty and offered a very discounted price on the latest replacements.
Customer service is completely awful, I made an order and realized right away I couldn't use these lights, so I asked them to cancel it for me because the order won't show up on my profile. And they won't cancel it. Bunch of scam artist. You will receive your lights, but customer service will refuse to help you if you have any request of questions, which is why I would rate them 0 stars if I could. Your business is only as good as your customer service.

I ordered an LED conversion kit for my motorcycle. I received an email saying order has shipped same day as i ordered. I emailed customer service multiple times.The first email was 2 days later and the response was there was a slight delay due to inventory on the specific kit I needed and that it would be on the way to the post office shortly. I sent an email a few days after mu order requesting cancelation and refund which they said they could do it on Monday. I never received an email or any other communication. I called and was told the only way there could be a delay is if the bulbs were on back order. So apparently I was lied to in the beginning. So then I called a different number that I assume was corporate that was listed online and that gentleman was very rude and unprofessional. Never gave his name and said that I was contacting the wrong person and to contact customer service which I didnt get much help from and they lied to me from the start but said the cancelation request has been submitted and hung up on me. Stay away from this business. They are very rude and apparently lack communication skills. Im surprised they can stay in business with operating like this. I will be looking into filing a police report for fraud and theft if my refund doesnt come thru in a timely manner.
I reached out 3 years after purchase regarding a light that was no longer working and received excellent service. Bulb was replaced for free no questions asked.

I have purchased 2 sets of LED lights for Ford Transit and Ford Econoline E 150. Remarkable difference between from the factory halogen lamps. Great Customer service I had a minor warranty issue and they responded the same day. I would purchase from Headlight Experts again.
