What reviewers say
AI generatedReviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company, consistently praising the reliable service and trustworthy nature of the online business. Consumers frequently mention the exceptional product quality and unbeatable prices available across a huge selection of popular vaping supplies. However, some people mentioned that standard delivery times can sometimes be quite long because packages are dispatched from overseas locations. Some reviewers were not happy with unexpected transit delays or items being held up at customs offices for extended periods. A few consumers also pointed out that international shipping expenses have increased recently, requiring careful budgeting when ordering.

AWESOME COMPANY!
HealthCabin is an awesome company! Customer service is very friendly and helpful. Shipping is fast considering it is from so far away. Packaging is great, orders are correct, and prices are the best! This was my first experience ordering from them, and I will not hesitate to order more from them in the future.
Great prices
Great prices, fairly quick shipping, easy communication with customer service. The few people I messaged on chat were super friendly. They have a wide variety of products to choose from as well as an email alert if something isn’t in stock. I made 4 more orders before I even got my first one delivered.
Very fast
Very fast, helpful company with great prices
Very good store.
I am extremely satisfied. In connection with products and also in the field of communication with the store. Problem solution, fast, precise.
A Trustworthy Company
As long as you have patience with shipping time (especially close to holidays), you’ll never be disappointed with HealthCabin. I have bought from them for years, and there has never been an issue. Their flash sales are unbeatable across the industry. I recently received one item that was out of stock. I signed up for the Arrival Notice, and they emailed me immediately when the product was back in stock. Suffice it to say, I have it now, am using it, and I’m very happy with it. I purchased three more items since then. 😊
Great products, recommended!
Great products and well-packed. The customer service was very helpful and informative in terms of shipping information, and in helping to get the shipment delivered after a carrier-related issue. Occasionally has brilliant deals too. Recommended!
Overall it's 5 star
Best prices. I've always had helpful exchanges with customer service if I had a question. Deliverys arrive securely packed. Great company to buy from overall

Ordered 3 vape mods.(Received 2 so far). Shipping takes awhile. Mods are very nice, however the particular type I got (Tesla Punk II) seems to have a quality issue w/the battery door being almost impossible to shut fully w/most batteries. In all fairness, might be a problem w/inferior batteries-don’t know. Regardless it makes the experience w/using this particular product disappointing.
