healthlabs is as advertised. have used twice. ordered labs from them. took test at nearby labcorp. got results digitally a few days later. forwarded them on to my PCP.

I ordered a test and in the interim it was found I needed to go to the hospital so I tried to cancel and have my fee returned. It was within the hour. They take 20% as a restocking fee. Never again.
Utter and complete let down. Scam
I called and took a blood test on the 8th and asked when the results would come out HONESTLY. The member of staff I spoke to on the phone said realistically a day or two MAX and I would definitely have my results on Monday. I asked because there were other more expensive labs I could go with that provided same day and I was assured Monday which was fine. The lady tried to sell me expedition for another 49 dollars on top of 130 dollars if I needed it in 24 hours and I said Monday was fine if she could assure and she said yes. Monday is here no result. I email and a member of staff, Shanequa says it’s 1-3 days and my tests takes an extra 2-3 days, none of this was written or said to me when booking the test otherwise I would have gone with another lab. I then say is this to sell expedition? If that’s the case fine and Shanequa says my test is not the type of test that can be expedited but her colleague literally tried to sell that to me 4 days ago. So what is the truth? I explained the urgency for this test and was very clear if they couldn’t deliver they should let me look elsewhere. I have a deadline for medical school and these people are literally disrupting my future. I will now have to go and probably pay someone else for a same day test after already having so many days wasted and being told conflicting things. They use Quest Labs which is another story in and of itself. awfully painful blood draw, surfaces were not cleaned between patients. All round EXTREMELY disappointed and I DO NOT recommend.
Return is crazy
Return is crazy. Free return but then I have to return to hongkong which comes $200+ shipping charges.
Online Customer Service Needs Some Work
I have used this lab before. I am happy with the service at the lab, but very unhappy with your online experience! I have already paid for my tests and have been locked out of my account with no help from Livechat. Livchat has an auto response telling me that they cannot access specific areas of my account, and to call the customer service number. I called the customer number within working hours by Central Time and unable to speak to anyone on the phone... All I get is the automated response telling me that it appears that I'm calling outside normal business hours, or it's a holiday. Today is not a holiday. I already fasted, thinking that I was going to be able to walk in a lab and get my tests done. Because of this, I will NEVER USE THIS LAB AGAIN!

Healthlabs.com is by far the best experience I have had, ever. Their customer service is outstanding...I spoke with a rep Diana U....she was patient, kind and supportive...explained what and when, just AWESOME. I can't say enough good things about this company. Wish all companies had this service available, most are text or email, that is very frustrating for the patient/customer.. I actually spoke to a live person! Thank you Diana U and the staff at Healthlabs, well done, thanks for caring!!
Run Far Away
Run, don't walk, to another provider. If you go to the lab and they are unable to perform the test, this company will charge you as if the test AND analysis had been done.
Health Labs is a Horrible, Dishonest Company
Health Labs is a horrible company. Don't schedule a consultation with them after you get your lab results. You will select a time for them to call you and then they charge your credit card. 10 minutes later you'll receive an email that says they might call you a hour ahead of your appointment time or an hour after your appointment time...AND if you don't answer, they will still charge you for the consultation. NONE OF THIS IS STATED UP FRONT BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT PURCHASE IS MADE. I made my appointment at 11am and I waited from 11am until 12 noon and no call was received. I then called Customer Service to request a refund, and they refused. You can bet I'll be disputing this charge with my credit card company. NO BUSINESS CAN CHARGE YOU FOR SOMETHING THAT YOU NEVER RECEIVE. Intelligent people know that. I will never use this unprofessional company again. If they keep up this illegal behavior, they'll be out of business within a year.
No test results after three days
We got Allergy Test and went to a local Lab on Friday 6/7. Today is 6/13 and no result provided. So disappointed

Easy to set up and find location. Private and good pricing cheaper than some insurance options. The tech was amazing and super fast. Results came in the next day and included explanation of abnormal results with optional next steps.

No Test Results and No Refund
Ordered a black mold test on the 9th. It's the 29th and I still have no results. Healthlabs.com refuses to issue a refund. They are blaming me for not contacting the "right" person. There is no way the sample is still viable and they want me to keep on with this ruse. They are digging their heels in and are refusing to refund my money. Their customer service is daft.

I am very happy with the service overall. The labs are explained and easy to order with prices listed. There is a multi lab 10% discount. The results came back in a reasonable time frame. I have recommended this to others. A summary of all labs with dates for comparison on a single file would be a nice addition. Coordinating the appointment for a lab draw at LabCorp would also be helpful. I will use this service again.
