This table is both functional and beautiful. Is a statement piece in the area and I get so many compliments. I have many different shades of wood throughout my house so this really fit beautifully in the space.

The stool you sent had a defected glaze. You passed this off as basically normal. I had to go to some extent to get Emissary to intervene. Should I expect with my future purchases?

The finish was confirmed to be consistent with the natural glazing process used on this item and was not classified as a manufacturing defect. I took time off from work, spent the entire day waiting for my delivery only to be utterly disappointed with a no show by metropolitan warehouse and delivery. This was not the first time Metro stiffed me and postponed my delivery date.

First and foremost, my table is beautiful. It’s an art piece! The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 was because my delivery date was moved, but it did arrive and I was very happy with my product.

I’d never ordered from Hedgeapple before. I called customer service to inquire about delivery times for a heavy piece of furniture. I was happy to be able to reach a person on the phone right away. Their customer service is top-notch. Not only did they honor a price match, they were able to cut five weeks off of the delivery time ensuring I had the package before the holidays.
