They are awesome and fast! Sent them some really old cassettes tapes that were broken and the repaired them and digitized them. Highly recommend!

I admit, having never tried a service like this before I was nervous sending my tapes. I am so glad I did. Being able to share these memories with my kids was so special. Heirloom explains their services quite well online. However, even if you're certain you want their services, if you have any doubts or questions, you can schedule a video call to speak with a real person in real time. My situation had a few unique circumstances and Heirloom handled all of them with care, kindness, and professionalism. (And a little enthusiasm if I'm honest. Yay veteran owned!!) Once my memorabilia was received, I was sent several e-mails to update me during their process. All of this was helpful. You're sending your memories, in physical form, and will want to know they are in good hands. With Heirloom, they are.

It was very easy and seamless to get their services. They walked me through all the steps so I knew what the final result would be. I was very pleased to see my old videos again. It was easy to share the final result with friends and family. The price was very nice as well, more than fair. The team was great to work with.

My dad recorded video from 1995 through 2006 and nobody else in the family had ever seen his footage. My parents live in Florida now and after a hurricane came through I was worried that we would lose these memories forever. For Christmas we all chipped in and mailed the files to Heirloom. It was an incredibly easy process as they sent us a package in which to safely ship the video so it couldn't get damaged. Now we can log on and watch via the cloud that Heirloom uses at any time. Thanks to Heirloom for making such a streamlined process and for preserving memories, I highly recommend them.

I submitted a second large purchase to transfer and digitize my family photo archive. Like the first, it was fast, accurate and easy to transfer. Constant communication during transit is great. I'd recommend using these folk because they are easy to do business with, quickly and accurately answer questions, and help me when I get into an IT mess. They are just simply really nice.

I sent about 30 VHS and Betamax tapes to Heirloom for digitizing, and the whole process was smooth and professional. Geoff, the owner, was kind and helpful—he guided me through shipping and made sure everything was clear. They honored a discount, completed the job in about two weeks, and sent the digital files by email. The quality was great, and I’m so glad to have these memories preserved. Highly recommend Heirloom!
