I understand our team is already working with you to apply a 10% welcome discount, but I'll make sure this get's done. Regarding file naming, you raise a great point. While we apply a standard naming convention by physically labeling each piece of media, we aren't able to fully customize filenames based on handwritten labels, which are sometimes unclear or incomplete. That said, the good news is that Heirloom makes it easy to match up those labels on your returned tapes with the digital files in your account—where you can then add full descriptions and notes that are searchable on our platform (unlike DVDs, which remain static and unlabeled).
