What a great experience we had with Heirloom Cloud. The whole team is very knowledgeable and friendly. Their service is unique and hard to find someone to convert those old Super8's and beta at a reasonable price. Many places around us can do it, but some put it on a CD/DVD (doesn't that defeat the purpose...?) and other's on a flash drive. What's great about Heirloom is that it is digital on the cloud and you can view it nearly immediately once they start their work - at least a sample. No waiting around. The service was quick for most of the media we sent. There were a couple of media items we sent that proved to be a bit of a challenge, BUT they were able to find a way to make it digital! We can now pass down the memories of our grandparents (who are no longer with us) to our children and so on. This is quite the treasure and best gift!! Thank you Heirloom Cloud for your hard work and for being a lifesaver!
