I ordered coat and dress,the quality was very poor.I wanted to return, but they said to keep item and they would give me 50% of price back.when I said I wouldn't wear it,I was told they would give me 70% back. They weren't prepared to send me return label. I said I'd accept the 70% refund.Guess what,I am still waiting!!! I have emailed them loads to no avail. Service is very very poor. I would never buy from them again! Seems product can be below standard, cheaply made and overpriced and they get to keep half of the price you paid.Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere!!! An update....I did eventually get refund, but it took my review to get it!

Waste of money
The product idea was great. However the quality was extremely poor. It wouldn’t stay in place and the ‘arm’ kept falling off. Won’t buy again.

Whoever they use for delivery is s***
Item received was fine but the entire experience was pretty bad. I live in an apartment block and the delivery guy tried to slot it through the mailbox hole. It was sticking 80% out from the front that I had to get it from the front of the mailbox. The guy didn't even bother trying to ring the intercom or call me. I just got super lucky I saw it on the way down to the gym. Tried to get information about who did the delivery to put a complaint, but they never responded back to me. I’d avoid.

An order that was supposed to be…
An order that was supposed to be delivered on the 9th of September is still out there somewhere. Apparently either your inventory sucks or you are deliberately providing false delivery dates. Updates are almost worthless.
