If I could give a 0 I would!! I ordered two white dresses and in order to get free shipping you had to spend 50$ so I added a pair of white tennis shoes. The only thing that arrived was one dress and that was after 3 months!!! I have emailed this company three times and no response—. They still keep texting me every week about their deals. Order HM22051147066. Just in case someone there wants to make it right! Like refund my money. The dress they sent was only 17$ yet I paid over 50$ for the whole order. Shameful!!!!

SMS Spammers
They keep sending me SMS spam, I didn't make an account with this company or agree to receive spam from them, they harvested my phone number from my Paypal details.

Terrible. What is advertised is not what is the buyer receives. False advertising at its finest. Don't order or buy anything from Hekka. Not worth the money. It's a rip-off.

Non existence of help and reimbursement
I ordered and never received my flashlight. After months of contact with the customer service giving me pre-written replies 24/7 I eventually gave up and was the one who payed for a product that never arrived.

Don't recieved the order
I've ordered on 06.03.2022 a torch (Wuben C3 LED Flashlight). I've never recieved the torch. In future i would never order an item again from Hekka with credit card, you will only be scamed and don't become your money back.
