Automated support bot is ignoring my emails and locking my items.
My account withdrawals are completely locked because of a major glitch with your automated KYC camera scanner. I tried opening an on-site support ticket, but the agent instantly marked it "Answered" and blocked me from replying without actually helping me.
I just sent a detailed email to your support address explaining the glitch, and your team immediately replied with a generic, copy-paste bot message that didn't even read what I wrote. You are holding my deposits and skins hostage over a technical system error.

Tried to redeem an item with a high value, 200 plus, didnt work. i redeemed a 5p item is 2 seconds but the high value item still hasnt worked, waited hours did every step the customer service gave me even swapped the skin again for other items. nothing no skin no trade offer just a terrible excuse that the 'system is just busy'
