Terrible Experience – Unfair Odds and Questionable Fairness
I spent $25 opening 5 cases on Hellcase, and the most valuable skin I received was worth barely $2. What an absolute joke.
The entire experience felt like throwing money away. The odds seem ridiculously unfavorable, and the platform appears designed to encourage users to keep depositing money while receiving almost nothing in return.
Hellcase promotes its system as "provably fair," but I seriously question how transparent and meaningful that claim really is. From a user's perspective, there is very little reassurance that the system provides a genuinely fair experience. I would like to see much clearer explanations of the probabilities and independent verification of their fairness claims.
I understand that opening cases involves risk and that profits are never guaranteed. However, there is a difference between accepting risk and feeling like the odds are overwhelmingly stacked against you.

you can't send yourself items that you won, it says some bs message like "youre not eligible for trade check if you dont have trade restrictions"...
yet i have proper steam trade link set up, even public profil and inventory...
other bot when i bought skins send me skins just fine before and after this hellcase message

I didn’t want to write anything here anymore, but I just can’t help myself. I have to leave a review.
When it comes to the skin selection, everything is okay.
But when it comes to the actual game itself — no, thank you. It’s simply a scam. They will take even what you don’t have.
And yes, now some bot will probably reply with “we follow the rules,” blah blah blah.
I’ve invested quite a lot of money into this site, but in my opinion, it’s a scam. I just want to warn everyone: STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!!
Just a few more things about the site:
The visuals and functionality are good, and there’s something new added every month.
But how about actually doing something for the people who use the site?
Level rewards: You get your last reward at Level 25. I’m currently Level 71, and what do I get? Absolutely nothing. Yet you still keep asking people to boost their accounts.
Giveaways: I follow quite a few of them, and basically the same people keep winning over and over again. But I guess it’s just “luck,” right?
And Premium… honestly, there’s basically nothing included anymore. You even removed the free cases, but still expect people to pay $25 a month. Wow.
Hellcase, maybe take a look at the people who actually invest money into your site and want to play, instead of constantly focusing on yourselves.
And yes, I’ll continue to spread the word about my experience. There are other sites where you can get 100x more rewards just for playing.

Very disappointing support experience. The support team repeatedly refused my refund request without properly addressing the issue or even understanding their own T&C. I expected much more professionalism and knowledge from a company’s support team.
UPDATE: I resolved the issue myself because Natalie and Shawn from your support team were simply unable to understand what they were reading.
I have not seen any of your competitors with a support team that is so poorly trained and unprofessional, focused on protecting the company’s own interests instead of actually helping customers resolve their issues in a fair, ethical, and appropriate manner.
