I've been using Hellcase for a while now and had a great time! Now I won a giveaway on Twitter, which is even more hype!
Hello! Thank you for the review, we appreciate it :)

Hello! Thank you for rating our service :)
The odds on the site are quite good, but there are far too many technical issues to risk your money, I dropped $40 on the website to test it, got some decent skins, but then when I tried to withdraw my skins, I was told my profile is either trade banned or not set to public. I checked only to see that I was set to public ENTIRELY as well as there was NO trade ban. I would also like to add, that I have met the minimum balance required to withdraw my items but I am still getting the exact same error. I am convinved that this website is a scam. Edit: I have received one of my cheaper items now upon retrying the "Send" button for the 20-30th try. I am still trying to obtain my more expensive item but am still running into issues. Edit 2: I did receive all my items plus a few more that I obtained after this review was written, but I can now say that the website is NOT a scam, but there do seem to be a lot of issues that can result in difficulties with actually withdrawing your items. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Sometimes problem with upgrader (I can not play with low balance) but rest is working properly
Hello Aleks! Thank you for the review! Recently we have introduced a new condition for the Upgrade: from now on the minimum entry amount (or the price of your item) has to be 0.50 in order to complete the Upgrade.
Not terrible. Seems to be better drop rates than Farmskins and a few others I've tried. Plus, I got my ST FN USP-S Cortex skin within minutes of unboxing it, so that's nice.

A good site with some awsome features.
Hello! Thank you for the feedback, we appreciate it :)
The website is fair and easy to use. I enjoy using Hellcase. The tournament was a fun time also.
Hello Daniel! Thank you for the feedback :)
I am using this site a long time. I know how it works. Its gamble site and everybody has to count with ti. I usually open only cases around 5 dollars. Sometimes its suprising and sometimes its horror. The biggest minus on this site is marketing. This gamble site cooperate with youtubers and streamers and giving them procentual bonuses, when they have better chance drop. After you see this video on youtube, where youtuber wins just expensive skins and is almost always in the red, it will make you try it too. And that's what bothers me, because it's a hidden lie.
Hello Michal! Thank you for rating our website! But here’s one thing we need to clarify. The odds are the same for everyone, no matter whether you are our partner or not. The main difference is that most YouTubers will not show you their losses, only the successful streaks. And, as a case opening website user, you need to understand that case opening is a game where sometimes you win and sometimes you lose, it’s all up to your luck.
very good tournament and prizes! I like hellcase <3
