In all honesty, Datdrop is 1000000% times better than this. I've had quite a great time there and my profit was wonderful! Had been waiting to trade a skin out that I won and was having issues for a few days. While waiting I was looking at my chances on and upgrader while moving the add balance slider the item automatically upgraded making me loose my skin. I never even pressed the upgrade button and when reporting this bug to their support they were no help saying that I had clicked it. It was decent, good speed on transactions and stuff like that. I can confirm they do not scam people and this stuff is legit. The only bad thing about my experience is that I wish I could delete my account for personal reasons. I looked all over the internet, in the FAQ, even put in a support ticket (which was never responded to) and looked all over the website and settings and found nothing. Hopefully this can be resolved or improved upon in the future.

The constant promise of improvement ended with the faceit hub being unplayable. Incompetent administrators with no experience, changes that most players do not like, as well as the division into two hubs, so you have to wait over an hour for the match and there is a maximum of one at the same time. I use hellcase… probably too much to be honest. I enjoy using it a lot. I’ve had fun streaming it to my friends and I’ve walked away with a couple big wins.. But. I use zip pay sometimes and it resulted in a ban. I contacted them and got a response within 10 minutes. I told them my situation and i got unbanned instantly. I’ve used their support for other enquires and it took me a few hours to get a response. So response time can vary from time to time from my experience. I’m still going to give them 4 stars. Apart from that mishap I’ve enjoyed my experience overall with hellcase

I used this site all the time, at least once a week for months and today when i logged on everything was normal then when i tried to deposit it took the deposit then i was immediately banned for the reason "until clarification with support". ive tried to contact support and no one has answered me Update - i reached out to hellcase on facebook and they swiftly helped with the situation resulting in my account being unbanned.

Today i logged in this site to see i got banned for 9 years because i was farming the daily free, they basically reached the conclusion that i was getting too many free skins for what i had deposited and banned me. I never used some kind of exploit or anything like that, just went there everyday and claimed my daily bonus. Basically if youre not giving them profit you're in risk of being banned, dont reccomend the site at all. Update: After some reasoning with the staff they decided to unban me, even though the situation was upseting, in the end they did the right thing and unbanned me. To be fair with the site i have to say that what concerns their case unboxing, battles, upgrades and contracts are pretty legit, i even had one crazy pull that gave me a skin worth more than 100x the price of the case, so obviously its legit.
