Good afternoon! I don't want to say bad things about your site, because it's not always the case, but at this moment I had a problem, I can't display the skins that I won in the cases. ERROR: You are not able to trade. Check if your inventory is set to public and you have no trading restrictions. I have been writing every hour, for the 2nd day, to the support service, to which they tell me the same phrase (Try again, everything should work out), but in fact, nothing has changed, I can't withdraw skins, my profile is open, the trade is also available, problems from the outside my account is not there, the problems are only on the side of the site itself. I really want to continue playing on your site, and change my review to 5 stars, please fix this problem.

Hi guys.What I’m going to talk about is withdraw.I just got a skin and when I go to withdraw it its says not avaible choose other skins to exchange.They made now new uptade or something which gives you know money to balance and that is cool.When I go to withdraw its unavaible.I’ve been waiting for like 2 weeks,I dont know where I got that patience but the weapon worth like 10$ wasnt avaible.Something else about withdraw is that when you exchange your skin for another that skin might be also unavailable and if you want to exchange it for an another item it says you already did once.The skins that shows when you want to exchange must be all avaible.These are the main problems I do have about withdraw for other stuff your site is 10/10

My overall experience on the website.

Hellcase had my account banned for apparently bot farming or making multiple accounts so I contacted customer support which they did not help to further investigate this matter but after getting in contact with their socials and speaking to them for a while they had finally decided to do a further investigation with their security department and get my account unbanned. My experience with hellcase is that its a good site as you can unlock daily cases for free. However I would suggest they need to work on their customer support tickets a little more instead of me getting in contact with the other socials they have to sort out the issue.

The reason I give 4 stars is because I open some cases and one of the item I could withdraw and some of them saying to wait like 15 minutes and I wait for 2 hours now is to late to be helped by you but I will update my review as soon as I got my skins delivered thanks

+ Website is nice on Mobile They are offering alternative skins if your prize is not available (but it hide something) - Sorry! There is no such item at the moment. I tryed multiple time to withdraw some skins i won yesterday. At the start i was getting an error because "withdraw was disabled" on the website for everyone, apparently because of Steam (lets be honnest some of your competitor was back online hours before you) Alternative skins offered are always cheaper than the prize you was looking to withdraw. How is that fair ? your unable to provide what we won in a decent amount of time and on top the user lose a % for taking something he wasnt looking for. Support are not really aware of what happen when an usual error happen or hours later after users .. "auto withdraw" force you to install a random chrome extension from a third party website. Didnt work, i have to click on "send" every 30 minutes Withdraw/Transfer your balance to there third party website isnt instant = So i just spent money, received skins on the website but i can't do anything without losing a % of money if i want the money to be transfered on another website or taking random cheaper alternative skins that they are offering. Really close to be a scam for fake advertising.

It's a good gambling website

It's really good and profitable most of the time, but some of the more expensive skins are not available to withdraw, you have to either wait for them to be in the inventory (which is like never) or lose some money and get a cheaper one, why not show also the more expensive ones?

skins are unavailable, they do offer lower price replacement that '' are in inventory for withdrawal'' yet they arent, so you just lose worth and still wait. contacted support with no help at all. didnt even seem to read my messages at first, reopened a ticket and got help right away!

Decent, but dont hope for anything

This is good, dont get me wrong. The daily rewards are fun to do but you aren't going to get anything lol... 200+ days and still nothing good. The cases are okay but honestly feel rigged... i watched youtubers open cases and wow they got knives! i opened at least 20 fade cases and didnt get anything good other than 1 Fade revolver... at this point i've given up trying to open a knife or anything decent here... so i just spend $5 here and there just to see the sick animation... other than that, the site is nice, and its fun. But don't think you'll open a knife; you wont (200+ cases opened FYI). At this point you might just spend $200 on CS:GO and open a (bad) knife rather than spending $200 on hellcase and getting nothing good in return lol... Gambling aside, their support team is AMAZING! they got back SO QUICKLY!!! Like, it legit surprised me haha! Another thing is they do giveaways, some are free to join, some are not. But they do giveaway some fire skins. I've actually just won a giveaway that you had to pay $5 to enter... however the skin's worth $4.11 so kinda scummy on their side but whatever, i still won :D TL;DR: Decent, you wont open anything decent. Great customer service, giveaways are legit HELLCASE REPLY: I guess so yeah... but i'm just talking from my own experience and just from what i've seen personally. I get that its random and etc but i still don't hope for any profit anymore lol... 277 cases so far and i've made profit like... 15 times? maybe 20? But nothin' crazy unless i spend like $50 at once (3 ww stat track revolver fades, each $25 AND ONLY 1 WAS WITHDRAWBLE)... but still, i've spend most my money on hellcase for these fade cases and i've yet to land on a knife, its just frustrating but ig im just heavily unlucky actually, i opened 10 at once and thats when i got 2 of my revolver fades if i remember right... which is an oof for sure since i couldn't receive them :( UPDATE: Another issue i forgot to mention since it was late is the delayed withdrawal, im not tanking a star so im keeping the 3 stars but it is HEAVILY inconvenient to have to wait ages to receive your $1 skin lol. Especially when they make THAT much money, they really shouldn't have issues... but they are human and human error is possible. However, it is a bit annoying when all your winnings are delayed and you've got to wait a long time. I currently have 4 items in delayed withdrawal. But at least you are guaranteed the items you won (i've never lost an item). And they're quick to deliver if the item is in stock (the longest delivery took 8ish minutes), and sometimes they even have stickers on them, which is very nice :D But i do believe i've cried too much about being unlucky and stuff so ill go over some pros: 1) THEY HAVE PROMOCODES! +10% on your deposit, +5% and etc. These are god tier and are useful when you're on a budget, or plan to spend a lot. (idk if i can, but i'd share my referral code for +10% on your deposits. AND IM NOT SPONSORED, ITS AN OPEN THING ANYONE CAN ACCESS!) 2) Able to open multiple cases Sometimes i just dont have time to open cases, or i just want to open several at once. And the ability to open several at once is amazing! Although depressing when you see that you got baited by 3 different knives. 3) Variety Their cases have good variation, there are cheap cases (low as $0.30) and some expensive ones ($400+). Personally, i don't wanna open knife only cases (which they have) because it ruins the whole fun of unboxing a knife. 4) Shards These things are collectibles which sometimes drop from cases. For example, in the fade case, you can get a shard Gut knife fade! Meaning that once you collect 4, congrats you got a knife (ALTHOUGHT YOU MIGHT NEED TO SPEND A LOT TO GET THEM! THEY ARE RARE!) 5) Events i dont participate that much in them since im pretty broke, but they're nice as when you spend money you get some event currency which you can spend for free skins. And finally, i still give this a 3/5 because of issues i've discussed, however it is not a scam as others claim. Be honest, do yall expect to spend $20 and get a knife? No, you will have to invest... or just save up and buy a knife from the marketplace for god's sake. I'm probably going to do a $200 case opening (fade) soon, and then stop using this site... as i don't want to get a gambling addiction, but it was a nice adventure (once i do the opening ofc) And i mean, if i spend $200 and STILL wont open a knife... then uh yeah im for sure not going to return lol... i could simply buy a knife instead at that point haha

ive been a hellcase customer for a long time now , Unfortunately just today ive asked for a hellcase account ban Reason was : I had a FN ST karambit Tigertooth worth over 1000 Euro and some other skins like p2000 all FN all ST after getting home from work today i see that my steam account has been hacked i took steps to prevent this Unfortunately with this info they where able to log into hellcase i was not been able to trade yet so they sold the karambit and spend all the money on other cases leaving me with nothing After creating a ticket and took steps to secure hellcase account the person that handled my ticket came with an answer i wasnt especting they said : Unfortunately we cannot return the earned skins bequese they where SOLD succesfully and new cases has been bought ! So yeh that scked this is my reason to not support this website just bequese of the lack of support in some cases ! like this one above ! Is Hellcase legit : my thoughts YES Hellcase is a gambling website for pixels so keyword GAMBLING Does Hellcase steal money : NO they havent steal any money from me in many years Do I trust Hellcase : YES bequese nothing has ever happen to me ( untill today ) Does hellcase have good support : YES - BUT ! i think it can be a bit better like in my case hacked account lost skins Reroll account is a must in my opinion WITH the proper evidence ofcourse about a hacked account ( like in my case ) So 4 stars and im never going back to hellcase again !

Fair and reliable case site. They don't always have the items that you want to cash out even if they say they do but they do have a large selection to choose from.
