Item exchaning

Everthing is great so far. My only gripe would be that I have to exchange a skin in my inventory to something completely different to withdraw. I just wanted the snack attack but i had to exchange it. otherwise its good

Expensive than normal

I withdraved $12 worth of AK-47 Rat rod factory new skin in hellcase but it's $9.15 all over the place at the same time when i withdraved it. Basically i lost 3 dollars. How can I get the remaining money?

Great case opening site

been using hellcase from 2018. Really great site i won so many things on their site. good interface also they seem to be better than other rigged sites.They also does giveaways daily on their website and their twitter.I won couple giveaway few months back and got my price fast.

it's pretty good overall and not a scam

it's pretty good overall, but it is a gambling site so, the things that are good, are the trust you can have with the page, no scams and no little words, its all said, you lose and you win. it has a free daily that is very nice for people who dont want to spend money and a free giveaway too. the only thing actually "bad" i saw is that skins sometimes lasts a lot more to withdraw to your steam inventory.

Has the option to pay by skins!

Has the option to pay by skins! I had won a giveaway and they let me pay by skins to be able to withdraw my item instead of barring me behind balance wall. overall, great experience. I choose not to gamble on the site though. I think gambling isnt healthy for me. But hey, my experience was net positive. :)

last night i won knife skin then people start sent me chat and i think im scammed then my account is locked i never use 2FA but when i try to log in hellcase is ask me 2FA code please solve my problem
