The website is well desinged, it helps you to understand what is going on and is very easy to use. For me the only problem of the website it the items wiki, which is not optimized properly.

Shady as hell

Even if you're profit on the site you know it's not fair or they want you to deposit more, worse part is that if you won and sold everything to balance and want to take it for shadowpays balance they take 24+ hours to accept the request or they just reject it without reason, they even send you the mail to confirm that you're the one doing it but them sending you mail is nowhere mentioned when you submit the request, even scummier thing to do is have "cancel" button available so people lose the balance they have cause they've waited for 10+ hours?! hella stupid on what these guys are doing, no wonder why no one actually gambles here for fun except 3rd world citizens with no responsibilities in the world. Only good thing about this site is that users actually can join free giveaways. Editing to reply to your nonsense: You don't need support ticket to make balance transfers quicker on the website you literally own, let alone having "cancel" button available so losers lose patience and lose the balance. The reason why the people get the request rejected is because they didn't confirm it on mail, while you do not even tell them that the confirmation should be also done on email, make it make sense.

And another painful thing...

And another painful thing... if u want to exchange items..for example i have knife worth 110€..i choose another skin worth 90€ and i cannot choose second skin for 20€ because cheapest skin i can choose is worth 35€....why the hell is not there full skin list for 1€-5K€? this is bullsh*t and just another way to scam ...because you can't withdraw anything for the remaining value of the knife, the money will be credited to the account, and you can put it in the boxes, where you will lose it... 1/ add timer or something to skins in users inventory!!! 2/ add ALL!!!!! skins in exchange menu at the same time and users can choose what they want!!!

Pisses me off a bit and i am nerovous…

Pisses me off a bit and i am nerovous now. Won a knife and cannot withdraw for 3 days now. They only offer worse skins in exchange. I dont know how long or in fact if at all I will be able to get my skin.

good site, but......

good site for gambling, opening, etc..thats ok,but.. items are "sold" by themselves....it happened to me 2 times already. I think it's a way for people to "scam" what they have in their hellcase inventory

Hellcase Legit but Suspicious

Never thought I'd love this website I'm do Like it but find some suspicious case battles and even with the User Giveaways Do think Bot odd's are to high . As with you against two bots you will only win once every eight times and also on a lower payout. Seems the Bots get the below 1% Chances about at least 10% of the Time . I Enjoy watching Case Battles and found that 60% if the time a Knife is won it will be an account with such a low steam inventory , regardless if hours played on counter . other Accounts have thousand of dollars worth in there inventory but the account holder only have one or two Friends . This is extremely Suspicious. Item transfer is really quick too. I'd recommend it but be careful.

Good money maker for company

Good money maker for company of hellcase :D First you win items that your ball eyes are are outside. You want more and that how I lost 880$$$. Hahah, legal gambling I'm so dumb. I admit. Really would like to work sit and get monet jsut like that from people who's playing CS2 and other skin payed games :D Still so addicted I loe all the time snice week. Nothing on plus if you dont have 500$ for case to open and maybe yo win something worth 100$. You have to be really reach.
