I booked flights for 9 to travel to San Juan in January of 2027 via Delta and the flights were cheaper than booking directly or using any discount website like Travelocity or Hotwire. Once the purchase was made I headed over to the chat to find out what happens next and they were able to guide me through the process. I received an email for all 9 of my travelers, they helped me add my KTN to my ticket because I forgot to include it at the time of booking, stayed with me while I clicked on the link in the email so I could pick our seats, answered all my questions about seating, how the credit works, etc. and were really great to work with! This was my 1st time using them so I was honestly terrified to pay on the platform but everything went through smoothly and without any issues! I'm currently looking to book with them again and based on my experience would recommend! My only complaint, and its not even that big if a deal, is there's a lag in the chat so what could've taken idk, 15mins collectively took much longer but despite that I was very happy with the service I received! I also, received text messages updating me on price drops and that they would hold my travel plans and lock in that price for 24hrs so that for me is further proof that they are indeed looking out for our pockets!

Great website for booking travel
I've booked several flights with Axel already. They don't charge a membership fee any more like they used to and they really helped me save money through automatic repricing when a price drop is detected as well as access to private inventory which is cheaper than what is publicly listed on Google Flights. I do wish that Axel could support multiple currencies as billing in USD causes foreign transaction fees for non-US customers such as me in Canada.

100% Scam
I paid the annual subscription fee for an upcoming trip to Portugal. Right off the bat Axel said they found a price savings for my flight of over $200 and were "working" to secure this, but no credit ever came. Now the model has changed and they no longer support price savings from Canadian airlines, and the AI conveniently doesn't remember telling me it was securing me a price savings even though my whatsapp conversation shows otherwise. Customer service is impossible to get ahold of, this service is just another scam.

Not accurate savings since I subscribed. The saving quotes they provided are actually upcharges and not including package. And t jj eyes no customer service that can actually give me the quote

It was literally 5 minutes after I signed up that I saved money on my hotel. I don't care for the fact that you have to pay the entire new price and wait for the credit of the original payment you made. Now you can wait to pay for the new one but if you forget then you will show up with no place to stay. But my new price also is refundable. The entire thing is nice and easy.
I didn’t save any money, I just got booked in a worse room hotel room.

I’d like a refund I didn’t get any money back at all and they’ll say low chance or no chance of getting any money back. The one I was gonna get back made it so I wouldn’t get points cause it they would buy it from a different app or platform.

Already more than paid for itself. I have loved how much I have gotten back for the services. There are some small bugs or things I work with the AI to help get, but it's well worth the cost and the effort I put into these items! Love it

Paid $35. Saved $110 within 24 hrs. Had 5 flights and 3 hotel stays booked. It found a reprice on one of the flights and got me a refund.
It's not a lot, but it's effectively free money and it's passive, so why not spend the 5 mins to sign up. If you have a bunch of travel planned ahead of you, give it a go.
