Great customer service. My first order got lost, and the customer service department was very diligent, sending out a replacement order so quickly and making sure I got the tracking number too. Thank you my puppies and I highly appreciate it.

Not working on eye stains.

They go above and beyond
Excellent customer service. Prompt responses to my questions including assistance with my order when there were technical difficulties. The customer service rep was understanding and seemed to genuinely care about my order. I appreciate the individualized approach. And of course the product is amazing and has been transformative for my cat’s eye health which is my primary concern. Thank you!!!!

The only problem I had was withUSPS
The only problem I had was withUSPS! Your shipping department did everything they could to get the shipment here to my home. The Postal Service had advised me multiple times that I was going to receive the shipment within two days.😂 But finally, I did receive the ear wipes which my kitty cat greatly appreciates! BobbT loves to get his ears cleaned every Monday! So I thank you for your perseverance to get the shipment finally here! Thank you again Respectfully, Denis Lipp

We love that your pups think it’s cuddle time instead of cleanup time. Mission accomplished! 🐶🧤
