I pre-ordered a hunting pants since July with an initial delivery date in early September and ended up receiving it at the end of November! It was a very disappointing experience.

The water resistance is very good and at the same time comfortable and functional. All praise for the clothing that is not cold at -10 and not hot at +10.

I was genuinely excited to receive and try these boots. The advertising made them look very promising, with what appeared to be premium materials and the added bonus of the Boa System. I don’t mind paying a high price for footwear if the quality, comfort, and performance truly justify it—especially for work boots. At nearly $500 USD, my expectations were understandably high. Unfortunately, once I received them, I was very disappointed. I purchase new work boots every 5–6 months due to the nature of my work in landscaping and dog grooming. I’m on my feet all day, and waterproofing and comfort are non-negotiable. After trying these boots, I found the materials, comfort, and overall build quality to be comparable to the Ariat Men’s Stump Jumper waterproof work boots, which retail for around $285 USD and are readily available in the U.S. For nearly double the price, I expected a noticeable improvement—there simply wasn’t one. I decided to return the boots, assuming a “full refund” meant what most customers are accustomed to. Only after shipping them back did I realize I was responsible for return shipping and customs fees. While I acknowledge that it’s my responsibility to read the fine print, the refund policy was not clearly communicated, and the wording on the website felt misleading. Had I known I would be spending over $100 just to try on boots and return them, I would not have made the purchase. What’s most disappointing is not just the cost, but the customer service experience and the lack of transparency around returns. For a premium-priced product marketed as top-tier insulated hunting boots, both the quality and the refund policy fall short of expectations. I hope the company seriously reconsiders how its refund and return policies are presented to customers—especially international buyers. Clearer communication and a more customer-friendly approach would go a long way in restoring trust.

I placed my first order for the insulated boots did not arrive like they said almost a week late but when I got them I ordered half size to big but I gave them to my son in law for Christmas and ordered me another pair those came on time and I love them they are legit so I ordered the 3rd pair for one of my workers expensive but they are worth it for all the hunters out there they are definitely worth it including the wait time on them 100percent

90 day hassle free guarentee is not true.Neither is the free size exchange.I sent them back for a size exchange( I believe they are located in Bulgaria) They responded and said no deal cuz I wore them and if I want the original wrong size boots back i must pay shipping there and back otherwise I dont get them back.

I want to tell you about the worst experience ever with your boots. I received your boots later than expected due to shipping taking hands so almost for my hunt had to run out and buy boots last minute. Nevertheless they did come in and “fit great” so I was good to go a didn’t bring 2 pair of boots because of the fit. During my elk hunt I noticed problems with the cam laces keep popping up and loosening. While this was annoying I didn’t realize it would end my hunt. On the 2nd day wearing them while recovering a nice 6x6 bull I shot I was climbing down a steep embankment when my left boots cam came undone causing me to slip and fall busting my leg and causing me not only to not recover my elk but send me to the ER and effectively end my hunt all together. My boot is soaked in blood and for a $500 pair of boots I couldn’t be more mad about my purchase. When I got back from my trip and told Hillman about my experience they denied even replacing my boots. They said exactly "If we had been notified immediately, we would have gladly exchanged the pair or addressed the issue immediately to make sure you could use the boots safely. I would not buy these boots, its not worth the risk and their customer service is poor at best.
