Customers frequently praise the exceptionally fast delivery times, low shipping costs, and wide selection of reasonably priced health products available online. Many consumers also find the website interface very simple and easy to navigate when placing repeat orders for essential medical supplies. However, some customers also noted receiving specific items that did not match the website descriptions or promotional pictures, or occasionally arrived completely non-functional. A few other people also felt that occasional delivery delays, missing package notifications, or receiving the incorrect product sizes were frustrating aspects of their overall shopping experience.
