Website ordering flawed …
Using your website for an initial order … order could not be completed because my Visa CC was not accepted … asked for “another form of payment” … tried several times - same result … called CS but the representative’s speech was heavily accented I could not understand her … later I called CS back, got an English speaking representative and placed order using the same ‘rejected’ CC card … Vitality has a billing issue on the website which frustrates potential customers … this was a negative experience and if it happens again on future orders I will move to order from Amazon … no frustrations …

The site is easily navigated, the order process was very easy, the order was shipped and received within 3 days. Awesome!! I ordered commode buckets for a Drive commode. They are a bit lighter weight than the OME but I think they will be fine. I am extremely satisfied with my experience here, I highly recommend Vitality Medical and I will be back when I need more supplies.
