Contrary to their website's advertising that 'all' products are shipped in 'discreet packaging,' my order arrived in the original manufacturer’s box, prominently displaying pictures of its contents with my shipping label attached directly to the exterior. Do not rely on their discreet shipping claims if privacy is required.

Some of the worst customer service I…
Some of the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. I made an order a few days ago and entered the shipping address. Then I paid via PayPal. I then see the completed order but it pulled my billing address from paypal as the shipping address. It had not even been 10 minutes after the order, so I clicked on "contact us" and wrote out an entire explanation and explained that I did not live there anymore and would not be able to receive the package there. The NEXT DAY I also called and customer service told me they would reroute the package and send me an email. Yet I did today I see it was delivered to the wrong address. Now customer service is telling they can't do anything because it was shipped already. So again literally contacted you 5 minutes after order and the immediate next day but nothing can be done. All of this is in the system because customer service acknowledged receiving my "contact us" post and previous phone call.

I am trying to find out when I will get my Rollator. I ordered it on Saturday and now I am being told that I will probably not get it until the following Monday. Which is six days seven days. And there is no tracking information yet and it is Wednesday
