It is a very good website that doesn't require that I create an account to make a purchase (I usually leave those websites) and is very easy to navigate. I had trouble finding you, however, and wish it weren't such a struggle.

Great project had a great price. In these times where everything is so expensive it’s comforting to purchase products from vitality medical. They are reasonable and reliable.
First time I was charged but purchase did not go through. I had to do it again.
I orderd one item. My Mastercard showed there was a transaction for the amount $120.66. I received an email asking if I still needed the item so I assume it didn't go through? I clicked the link to complete the order and it went through again. This time I received an email conformation, which is good. My Mastercard shows an additional transaction for $120.66. I hope I don't get charged two times for the same item!

I call to cancel an order placed only 20 minutes online and the person at the call center he would bit alleged he’s not sure if the order went out. 20 minutes and the label wasn’t even made. Next day I receive an email they the package was shipped. Incompetent and horrible
Exceptional service
We have been using this service for my relative for the past 3 years and I have to say the experience is always exceptional. My only comment is that ordinarily I don’t pay for shipping but this time I was asked to , which was odd. Nonetheless great service.

I got exactly what I needed for an affordable price BUT. I hate to say it…Vitality could have EASILY saved me over $8 in postage as my hospital underwear would have continently fit into a large envelope. NOT a 12”x18” cardboard box WITH packing bubbles?!?! WTAH?!!!! I will shop elsewhere next time :$

I was hoping to be offered a 10% first time customer discount which I read about when looking for a site to purchase from but couldn’t. Not a big deal but should be easier. Checkout with PayPal is hard because I couldn’t see my cart with tax and delivery before completing the order. Hopefully delivery goes smoothly. Thank you.
