This was was a positive and easy experience ordering from vitality medical. I was able to order for my first saline for my contacts lens and this website made it easy to answer questions step by step. I loved that every item in the site has a picture and price of items. My favorite things is that u get a confirmation for ur order and tracking updates. I will continue to use vitality only
The price shown on your internet advertisement was $2.98 per item. I was charged $29.62 for 6 items which comes out $4.96 each. Even with tax that is higher than the $2.98 price in your add. There was no space to put the shop5 discount code in the checkout to lower the price to $2.98.

Nothing. Unless it goes through without a hitch… as it as in the past.
Shipping cost is too high and another less expensive shipping option would have been helpful.

Was supposed to have my order shipped within 1-3 business days. We're going on a week without any updates. This is ridiculous and I'm so upset because I needed the 3 pairs of inserts that I ordered ASAP. Should have ordered via Amazon and paid the 10 bucks more. This is a joke.
