Was supposed to have my order shipped within 1-3 business days. We're going on a week without any updates. This is ridiculous and I'm so upset because I needed the 3 pairs of inserts that I ordered ASAP. Should have ordered via Amazon and paid the 10 bucks more. This is a joke.
Easy to get through the forms.
I had an excellent experience booking my international flights through Ronnie. From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, and patient in answering all of my questions. He worked hard to find the best itinerary and pricing, and he clearly explained all of the available options without any pressure. The entire booking process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. His attention to detail and commitment to customer service gave me confidence that everything was handled correctly. I truly appreciate their dedication and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy assistance with booking flights. I will definitely use their services again for future travel.
