My experience was a 10/10!! I HIGHLY recommend! They were always there when I had any kind of questions and they answered very fast. The whole process was easier than going through a dermatologist office and for me it was a lot cheaper than going to an office. It was easy to navigate as well. My skin has never looked this good and I am very happy with my results. This is my second time on accutane and I had a better experience here than I did through an office. Everyone is so nice and they care about your wants and needs and does their best to help you any way possible.

I’m so glad I found Honeydew! Getting into dermatologist takes months and I was able to get scheduled the same week I requested a visit. My dermatologist was super helpful and knowledgeable. I had to submit photos of my skin and she was able to see what was going on. She helped me apply for Icotyde, a new oral medication for psoriasis. She answered my questions and concerns. It took about a month for the oral medication to arrive from my first appointment. However, I was prescribed a topical for my face and that came from their compounding pharmacy and turn around time was about a week. I’ve been really happy with their messaging system and support. They always answer me quickly and are so kind.

They are amazing! So much quicker to get into than a dermatologist and way easier to go through the accutane process of labs and monthly updates. I signed up and heard back that same day to get set up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

So easy!! I started Accutane 3 months ago and my face is now flawless. The process has been super simple and affordable. The response time for any questions is typically only minutes! They are so responsive and will walk you through the whole process. I'm so glad I went through Honeydew. I would recommend this to anyone. My treatment so far with Honeydew has been great! My provider and care coordinator have been nothing short of amazing. My care coordinator, Kaiti, followed up with me to ensure that I received my prescriptions just in case she needed to reach out to the pharmacy on my behalf. Talk about top tier service! I would recommend Honeydew to anyone with skin care concerns!

We have fully appreciated the entire process of working with the Honeydew care team to help with our son’s skin issues. The quick turnaround in getting the initial appointment set up, the easy-to-follow and individualized care plan works for our specific needs, has been outstanding customer service! The nurse practitioner and care coordinator are quick to respond to any questions we have and adjusted things faster than we could have ever gotten anywhere else. We recommend the Honeydew route to anyone we meet who has been struggling with their skin care issues.

Convenience and efficiency!
I’m very happy with my accutane journey with Honeydew. It’s been about 6 months now so far. Prior to enrolling with honeydew, i was working with a local derm which was fine but Honeydew is WAY easier and more convenient for me- they send you a concise message/reminder of your tasks and “to-do” items each month and the website’s dashboard has it on there as well. Messaging the provider/care-coordinator is SO easy and they respond very quickly. Before when i was seeing the local derm, calling the office for appts, issues w prescription, etc. was a PAIN and slow. They are also real people and so nice, which is so refreshing because i feel some platforms like this are/or at least feels like talking to a bot. Sophia G. and Kaitlynn L. are great! You do pay a monthly subsciption of $64/month but you have to keep in mind the convenience factor and how important that is to you. A visit to the derm can be an avg copay of $25-$40 each time so if you do the math the subscription isn’t bad in my opinion- i don’t have to take time out of my day to go to the office, pee on a stick for the pregnancy test, wait in the office, etc. it’s kind of like a mini concierge medicine service for accutane. Also with insurance my prescription is only $10 each month. The labs were approx $50 (paid w/ voucher provided by Honeydew) after the second month of treatment which isn’t bad in my opinion since you only do it once. I will get labs drawn again once my treatment is done but plan to use the voucher again. Again, keep in mind this platform is ideal for those who are willing to pay for the advantages of convenience. Or maybe if your health insurance wouldn’t cover this type of appt/service otherwise, this is a great option. I’m loving my skin, have gained so much self confidence, and have not had to sacrifice much time or energy in order to do it!

Getting accutane through Honeydew has been a convenient way to receive my prescription. I was wary at first to give them a try but with my busy schedule I did anyways, and it was the best thing I did. It was an easy process and the providers are very kind and respond quickly.
