Honeydew staff is exceptional
I love Honeydew because the care providers are always available! Going on Accutane can be a difficult and sometimes confusing process, but the staff at Honeydew has made this experience so easy. Whenever I have a question, I get a response right away from real people (not AI). I can meet with my dermatologist whenever I want as well. I reccommend Honeydew to everyone!

Honeydew helped me a lot
Honeydew helped me a lot. My skin cleared in just 15days of starting it and I’m on month 3 now. The health case team is very helpful. They answer to all my messages very fast. Also she takes care of my due dates
So far it’s going good
Despite all of the negative reviews I still gave it a shot. So far I’m only on my second month and so far so good but I have several more months to go due to the fact I have severe acne and it is liable to change but as of now the only complaints I have is I’m not very tech savvy and it was kind of complicated for me to get it started. The medication is helping my acne a lot already and I can’t wait for the day this stuff is completely gone.

I love Honeydew Care!
I love Honeydew Care! Accutane can be a tedious process especially if you have to go to a physical Doctors office. Being able to do everything online has been so quick and easy. I never worry about anything I can ask as many questions I want to my care assistant and get almost immediate answers. I’ve had such a wonderful experience and my skin has never been better!
Great Experience So Far!
I'm really happy with my experience so far! My provider and my care coordinator have both been incredibly helpful and responsive. Any questions I have have been answered quickly, and they helped me when I had problems with the onboarding process. I just got my first month delivered and started taking accutane today and I'm looking forward to the outcome!! I recommend it to anyone having difficulty getting a derm
Fast and Affordable
As someone who experienced the old way of receiving dermatology care/accutane back in 2017, I can speak to how easy this process with Honeydew has been. I saw an AD on instagram and within a month (besides waiting for iPledge which is ourside their control) I was getting the care I needed. Always had two points of contact for any questions and keeping tabs on my progress. And most importantly is they were willing to listen to my specific situation and work with it. On the cost side same deal compared to my visits and almost in the hundreds I use to have to pay for Accutane through Honeydew was cheap and delivery was fast. Grateful to Honeydew and I wish they had been around sooner!

I honestly can't say enough good things about Kristin. She has been my patient coordinator throughout my journey with Honeydew and she is truly the reason this experience has been so smooth and enjoyable. No matter how many questions I have, how many times I need clarification, or how often I reach out, she is always patient, kind, and incredibly prompt. I never feel like a burden and I always feel supported. She stays on top of everything and genuinely cares, which is so rare these days. My provider, Candice Choi, has also been wonderful. She's knowledgeable, listens to my concerns, and has tailored my treatment in a way that has given me amazing results. My skin has improved phenomenally. But Kristin deserves special recognition because she's been my go-to through it all. She has made me feel seen, comfortable, and taken care of every step of the way. People like her are what make a company stand out. Honeydew is lucky to have her, and I truly believe the level of care she provides is a huge part of what makes Honeydew feel so different from other healthcare experiences. I would recommend Honeydew to anyone, and a big reason for that is Kristin. She has made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless.

Saw this from a Facebook ad. So far I’m 3 months in and the experience has been great. I am not using insurance since they aren’t qualified for Medicaid in my state (KY). However the out of pocket cost for the medication was only $40 through their partner pharmacy. That included delivery to my door. Now it is $80 due to the fact that I’m taking it twice a day (therefore getting 2 medications packs instead of 1). They’re responsive and everything has been great so far. I would truly recommend this service to anyone instead of being forced to wait 6+ months to see a dermatologist locally.

Honeydew has changed my life!
My journey with Honeydew has been top tier. They have been thorough in my assessments and explaining each step of the process. The communication is clear and timely. After some concerning bloodwork, my doctor even helped me set up a health and diet plan so I could safely take the medication. This transition has resulted in the unexpected side effect of losing over 20 pounds! My skin is clearing and my health is now 10x better than it was when I began this journey. They really have changed my life in the past few months :) Highly recommend!!

I started Honeydew because it was becoming difficult to find time to visit my dermatologist for my ongoing skin issues as a full time working mom and was just looking for an easier way to get refills on needed topical prescriptions. I did not expect to receive the level of attention, professionalism and care from an online forum as I did!! The providers and care team are amazing. So responsive and dedicated. I have very sensitive, acne and rash prone skin and if something isn’t working or I am having a flare up, you can immediately share photos and discuss with them instead of waiting to make an appointment to be seen, which if you are like me, you know that is typically when things get way worse. I have nothing but good things to say about Honeydew and their team!

I’ve had a great experience so far! The care team has walked me thru the process, answered all my questions (and it’s so easy to ask questions thru the chat) and I’ve definitely seen an improvement in my skin.
6 months later…
I’m on my 6th month of low dose accutane and I can finally feel good about my complexion for the first time since my preteen years…I’m 44. My skin is no longer oily and my pores shrank! I wish I would’ve done this years ago! I didn’t even have to leave my house to get my prescription or go to appointments! It’s all done online! Thank you honeydew for the convenience and confidence!
