I didn’t have any problems, so I’m not sure about customer service- but I take that as a positive! The delivery time was spot on, and I’m so delighted with my products. I love them! And while they’re a little pricey, at least I know it’s authentic.

I've had multiple orders that arrived in great condition, carefully packaged. The quality of the products is rather nice, however one time I've encountered a problem with a specific piece of jewelry, but Honkai Shop wasn't at fault. They charge over 2x times the price of other sellers, pretend to be an official website with their name, and then despite the scammy prices don’t even have the decency to package the item well. The product box and paper cutout were crumpled on the edges due to careless packaging. Yes, I’m mad enough to leave a review half a year later. edit: Including shipping, other sellers charge much less for many of their items. Their homepage title literally says “Honkai Star Rail” and that they sell official merch. Any mention of being a fan site is hidden in their About section.

Russian Post didn’t break my figure and even delivered it right to my apartment. The Kafka figure was pre-ordered in the winter and received in early June. It was delivered within the promised timeframe — from China to Kazan in less than a week. There is customer support, but it's slow — they respond in about two days. Through support, I asked to add extra protective packaging for the figure. They can’t do that on their own without the buyer’s permission. I'm satisfied with the purchase.

The web shop itself told me about the period of the package arriving, so I understood that the it could arrived kinda late as it was a pre-order thing. But aside this issue of waiting, Im very satisfied with the product. So beautiful! thanks a lot hoyoo.. :D
Super easy to place the order and even though it was a preorder it shipped promptly. My only criticism would be the packaging could have been a bit more stable. They arrived in a bubble mailer, basically, with the two standees wrapped together. Thankfully, the standees are thick, but as they are acrylic (and could snap), I think putting them in something more sturdy would be ideal. Mine arrived safely, luckily!
