its a pleasure to order from honkai shop! so far i've had no issues with my orders whatsoever, although i do hope they add some wrap into their packages in the future to ensure the package doesn't get damaged (or at least up the chances of it not being damaged if anything happens) (≧∇≦)ﾉ

The quality of the items ive brought were good and the only thing I can say is that it will take a long time before you get all your items because I ordered my stuff on 1 December 2025 and just got my last item yesterday. For the rest you can trust this store!

As for the remaining item (15cm Q Version Plushie – Phainon), it only recently arrived at our warehouse, and we arranged shipment immediately upon arrival to avoid any delay. Everything came as advertised and the recipient is very pleased. The only negative is that this was a preorder in December for a daily planner for 2026 and we didn’t get it until about 2 months into 2026. Shouldn’t a daily planner for a year be ready before that year starts? If not, maybe the people who design and produce it need to start using a daily planner to remind them to get it ready on time!

Regarding your 2026 Lightyear Chronicle Weekly Planner, as this was a pre-order item, the shipping schedule is determined by the manufacturer’s production and logistics. Unfortunately, this is something we don't have direct control over. The manufacturer processes orders in batches based on the pre-order timeline, and your order was part of the batch that arrived at our warehouse in February 2026. As soon as it arrived, we immediately arranged for shipment to prevent any delays. In the meantime, we’re glad to hear that the recipient is happy with the planner! Experience is good. Shipping was fast after being informed. All items are in good quality too.

The items were fairly priced and delivered in a timely manner. A few had to be delayed because of supply issues, but I was kept updated about their status. I particularly like the Firefly fragrance, and it'll be a sad day when they no longer sell it.
