Very nice lawnmower. Simple to program and really good in creating smart path to mow my lawn. I hope the reliability will be equal to the effectiveness
The mower is working quiet well
The mower is working quiet well. My lawn is not only Green gras also some hard gras because it's à dry région. So thé plastic support makes noice when it's passing over thé hard gras. And thé sissors dont stay fixe, i need to fix them all days. In february i'll look more for this and i'll sender you my feedback. Thé app, i think à possibilité to drive (fr9nt, left, right, back) thé mower could be welcome.

Through the whole Kickstarter process, they have been very present towards us backers. Answering questions, sharing updates and progress. I have a lot of confidence in them. They also seem to have a very good plan for the aftersales market.

Neomow S kind of works
Neomow S kind of works, but only cross bowing mode. And it's super slow. Not really impressed. Support is very kind and offers me to send back but I don't have time to do so. It's a pity. Hopefully the next software update will improve.

Sorry for bad vote
Sorry for bad vote. Until the robot was working, it made the job... but it made it for one week only! After that, motor error, than total black-out. I asked for a replacement, but you preferred a total rembourse.
functional and sufficient
This application is functional and sufficient for using a robotic lawnmower. There's still one small bug, but I'm sure Hookii will fix it quickly.

hooki app is simple to use. perhaps some evolutions like create area for job or at least seeing the area already cut and the area to be done could be interesting.

Nice algorithm for mowing. Not perfect but good enough (waiting for software improvement). 5 stars will be when app will show map like vaccum robots

Hookie neomow s is really great. The mower is efficient and noiseless The app could be upgrade to show real map of the garden. I hope it will be ok in the next update

The support was inexistant so I had no choice but to return the mower. I don't recommand this product.
Ist realy does what i expected
Ist realy dies what i expected 1 Star less because the documentation has to be better The fact that the garage opening has to point to the left when looking at the lawn to be mawed should be written in the installation manual. In my opinion mentioning it in the video (there only once) is not enough Besides that I am very happy with the product and will recomend it to my friends
