Ordered two piece for my friend wedding and i was afraid either the pants would be oversize or the shirt would be too tight, and surprisingly everything fits perfect as if it was tailored for me, order came in 10 days before the actual delivery day.
I purchased this jacket based on the advertised photos, but unfortunately the jacket I received does not match the product shown online. The colour, appearance and/or details are noticeably different from what was represented in the listing. When purchasing online, I expect the product received to accurately reflect the photos used in the advertisement. In this case, that simply wasn’t the case, which is very disappointing. I contacted the seller regarding the issue, but the response has not resolved my concerns. I would recommend potential buyers carefully compare the advertised photos with what you actually receive, as my experience was that they were not an accurate representation of the product. Very disappointed with the purchase and would not buy from this seller again. Out of principle, I returned the jacket at my own expense, despite the fact that the issue was that the product I received did not accurately match the advertisement. I felt I had little choice, as the company appears to have next to no proper system in place for dealing with defective or misrepresented products. What is even more disappointing is that after all the correspondence, the company has now stopped responding and is effectively ghosting me. As I'm chasing a refund and reimbursement for returning the jacket
I ordered a shirt with a darker kind of blue stripe and when it was sent to me it was a lighter blue stripe which makes it worse. I am Light skinned , now tell Me why I would wear a light blue shirt whe I am not a woman 🤦 I retured the useless low quality shirt and hoooyi, said I will cover the return fee for USPS, which I did and it cost me over $11 despite they caused it by delivering a different thing from what was advertised (darker blue and not light blue ) light blue is for women and not men So I paid the USPS return fee and the return was made, only for hoooyi to refund me partial refund and deducted $8 for the cost of initially shipping a light er blue (female color shirt ) which they caused by delivering the wrong thing or item I will get my money back as it wasn’t my fault but there’s and they should fix it. Infact I want my $11.50 and my $8 total of $19.50 because they caused it and not me
I ordered the shirt and shorts as 1 order and all I got was the shorts. Yall need to step ur game up how do u forget to put the shirt in there! Never ordering from y’all again and hopefully this review puts y’all out soon👍🏻
Garbage product, not even close to listing photos. Total scam, bogus “return policy”.
Good customer service. Returned my order because it was too large, then they shipped the new clothing without issues. Took a while but I can't complain. Quality is surprising, like 4 of 5
Return was sent and delivered in early october. Its now December and I still havnt received a refund. (I can see it was delivered on tracking) I've also been told that if the refund is processed, it will be minus fees for tax and delivery. Just pretty bad.
June 26, I ordered an electric scooter,Order #221102065517 to arrayund $49.02 with card ending in 8119. NOW September 4th and I have not even recieved an email, no scooter nothing. I need my refund, You have had enough time to make a scooter from the ground up. If I don't hear from you then this must be a SCAM SITE that steals money from disabled people. shame on you all

The tortoise wreath for Wal’s funeral was fantastic done by Well Hall Florist unfortunately the name on the card was wrong which was very disappointing as the name is the most important part of the wreath. I also understand mine wasn’t the only one.
Low quality , bad customer service We got sent the wrong returns address twice , finally we managed to send 90% of our parcel back … to receive the parcel back 2 1/2 weeks later undelivered They won’t reply to my husbands emails

The shirt delivered does not look like the one in the picture on their website. It is similar but not the same, the patterns are different and appear at different places. Very dissapointed.
Responded quickly, gave a tracking number and products came on time.
