I see Improvments as I continue to use this platform for my business. I will say the Horizons AI is stubborn and needs to do what it claims it has done. Using Horizons AI, I repeatedly go through a lot of credits trying to get one result. You have to tell Horizons AI what not to do as well. I do believe Horizons AI is improving over time.

i like the interface and the plans very much by the way and the amount of things they made easy is very brilliant i am a 3d artist i don't know anything about website and hosting but this made very simple

When I was starting with Hostinger, I had many unknown to me at that time tasks to complete like migrating a website from another hosting company, getting a new domain, transfer another domain, etc. All these tasks seemed impossible to accomplish because I have never done them although I have been in IT field for 20 years, but there have always been other teams who have done that. I was stressed and read a lot to prepare, but !!! when I have communicated to Hostinger's customer support guys and gave them all the details, we have successfully accomplished all my to do list in about a week time because domain transfers take time. I have never imagined that any company would do that. I feel exceptional support from Hostinger's team, their AI agent is excellent, intuitive and you cannot even compare any other AI agents from the US companies that I have experience with - they are mostly cheap and limited. But chatting with Kodee (Hostinger's AI agent) is simply a pleasure. Whatever the concern or a task - she is always exceptionally good in communicating, understanding your needs, delegating if need be, anything you want do accomplish on your websites or online stores - just communicate clearly to Kodee and she will guide you step-by-step, or complete on her own with your permission. I can go on and on about their quality of service, products, support level - but try yourself because their prices are affordable and services are great! THANK YOU, HOSTINGER, I am so grateful to God that I have found you and I can feel no stress doing my tasks when being in good hands of your support teams.

I've been trying to sort out my website…
I've been trying to sort out my website for months but the support has been awful. I can't access my website, they tell me it's there and which email to log in with but I'm just going around in circles. This is the only thing preventing me from launching my business. I've sent evidence of payment. It was cheap but the saying is true, pay cheap pay twice. I'm currently looking for another provider. I changed from Wix to Hostinger in January.

I am a grumpy impatient sod and get a little annoyed at being asked to leave a review by apps and websites etc… most do I guess but I seldom take the time. I understand they are important but I struggle with focus so I usually click whichever options make it go away quickest. If a company ask me more than once (and less if I’m asked the minute I’ve downloaded or started using an application), I purposely don’t leave a review. I’m like the digital age’s version of Scrooge I guess haha. Hostinger have asked many times, and the best review I can provide now being that I have previously stated why they are the best, is that I’m describing a truth about me and yet every time they ask I feel compelled to give them another five stars and write something positive about them. So, here I am writing this for them and along with the context I have just provided, my hope is that this will be all you require to make your decision and became a Hostinger customer. Lastly, I’ve been a customer of many of their competitors over the years and know how bad they are, especially around billing and support. Hostinger, simply nails it in all those areas and many more. Ironically, Hostinger take the sting out of hosting - you can have that one ☝️ and quote me on it too. (R.Clark 2026) 😉 Thanks guys.
