I ordered a $3k+ chair, never got the order, humanscale plans to keep the money
I ordered a $3k+ chair, it never arrived. Humanscale says UPS lost it (UPS does not claim it was delivered, just that it was picked up, weeks ago), but is not otherwise replying to messages, refunding, or sending a new chair. They just plan to keep the money. Have obviously processed a charge back and reported merchant fraud, but its dissapoint that a supposedly premium brand is just basically committed theft/fraud.

This is the second chair I've bought. Yes, they are expensive. But they are incredibly comfortable & well made. No squeaking, and I'm nearly three years into using my first one without a single issue, no signs of fatigue. Worth the extra money if you have the option. My partner liked mine so much he asked for one as a gift.

Buying direct from Humanscale needs to improve
I like buying directly from the manufacturer and the offer is good. However, I don't like not knowing when it will ship or arrive and really don't like not being able to speak or chat to someone about questions on the product itself and separately about the purchase. I have submitted multiple "support" tickets days ago and have not been contacted yet, so I am purchasing on hope that it is what I need and that it arrives in a reasonable timeframe.
