Out of stock, no reply back..
Accidentally ordered an out of stock doll. Unable to find out when they'll be in stock. Unable to find out about getting a refund. Unable to do much of anything, after emailing the sales email multiple times over the course of 3 weeks. I have gotten zero replies. Edit: Been about 4 weeks, still no reply whatsoever. But they did refund me, so I'll bump them to 3 star.. still a mess but least I got my funds back..
Jordan steps back and….swish!
Had a slight shipping issue. Theytook care of it faster than I could even respond to the email. I feel like most companies today only care about their bottom line, not their customers. Hydol is a shining example of an exception to that.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the product you selected from our US warehouse cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other such locations. You would need to choose a product from outside the US warehouse for delivery to these areas.
