Company responsiveness was great, product was received damaged. FedEx did not take care to deliver carefully leading to the metal frame breaking through the shoulder of the product.

This company helped my resolve the issue I experienced so I can fully use the product I purchased. They sent me additional parts to help at no charge to me. This was my first doll purchase and I went for one that was not too expensive, in-stock, and fell within the weight I figured I could deal with. The process was smooth and Alice was very responsive to emails and kept me updated and answered any questions I had as well. She even sent me factory photos of the doll when requested, although I ordered the doll prior to receiving those pics, which was my impatient self's fault. The doll arrived within a week from the time I ordered it and arrived in mostly good condition. There was some very minor damage to a couple spots that shouldn't be an issue and I won't be complaining about it. The doll itself, is... smaller than I imagined from the professional photos on the website (150cm), and quite a bit heavier than I expected (60+lbs.), even knowing the weight from the website. Not the company's fault, I should have waited for the factory photos before ordering. The only part of this that made me a bit unhappy was on the day my doll shipped, the price on the website went down by $80 ($669 to $589) and I was less than pleased to see that. Overall experience was good. Update: They have sent a refund for the price difference. Absolutely a top-notch experience with the company.

Company processes orders fast and they come quickly. When they are out of stock of a certain doll they suggest other similar dolls. They have great prices for those on a budget or those nervous about trying out the product. Highly recommended.

Never ever deal with them! Absolutely irresponsible sellers! Response to the seller: If you have problems with delivering some products to a country, don't list it as available there!!! Or at least mark in the title, that it can't be delivered to certain countries!!! You informed me about the issue only after I paid for my order! Therefore you are responsible for any buyers losses!!! Including additional charges!!! Otherwise you're nothing but a scam!!!

The form of the mini doll is beautiful
The form of the mini doll is beautiful, face and curves. The breasts are very real, skiing color good. The skin has a strong chemical odor after two bathes. The wig is well made but for a full size head do does not fit, so I have a bald doll. Manufacturer in Chine cannot provide one to fit. Overall well made but had few flaws.
