I had a very bad experience with Hyonix VPS

1/5 — Very Bad Experience I had a very bad experience with Hyonix VPS. They provided me with an IP address that appeared to have been previously used and associated with accounts that had already been suspended. Because of this, my Etsy account was suspended on the second day, and my eBay account was also suspended shortly after. This caused me significant financial loss and a lot of inconvenience. I expected to receive a clean and reliable IP address, especially when using the VPS for legitimate business activities. I am extremely disappointed with the service and the IP quality provided. I would strongly recommend checking the IP reputation and previous usage history before using a Hyonix VPS for important business accounts. Overall, a very bad and disappointing experience.

Hi Taimoor, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're truly sorry to hear that your Etsy and eBay accounts were suspended, and we understand how stressful and disruptive this must have been for your business. We'd like to share some context that we hope is helpful. Third-party platforms like Etsy and eBay make their own decisions using their own risk systems, which evaluate many factors such as account verification and documentation, activity patterns, and compliance with their terms. A server's IP address is only one possible factor among many. Because of this, no hosting provider can guarantee that accounts on those platforms won't be suspended, as those decisions are made outside the provider's control. We're unable to offer "fresh" IPs on our services, as IPv4 addresses are a finite resource that is reused across the entire hosting industry. Virtually every address in use today has had previous users, and this applies to datacenter IPs from any provider, not just Hyonix. To respect our customers' privacy, we also don't monitor how customers use their services, so we have no way of knowing which platforms an IP may have been used on before it was assigned. We have also reviewed the IP address assigned to your service. At the time of writing, its geolocation is accurate, and it is not listed on any of the 64 blacklist databases we checked. On our side, we make sure our servers are delivered with the advertised specifications and with no performance or hardware issues, keep server location and IP geolocation consistent, work to delist blacklisted IPs wherever possible, and do not tolerate abuse on our network so that it maintains a good reputation. We also offer a 7-day money-back guarantee and an IP change option to help ensure customer satisfaction. There was a slight hiccup during the initial delivery of your service, which our team resolved promptly. Since then, your service has operated as expected, and we haven't received any further reports of issues. If there's anything we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to open a support ticket. Our team will be glad to help!

Hi Moazzam, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we're sorry that your experience didn't meet your expectations. We'd like to clarify a few points for transparency. The services you purchased were provisioned and delivered as advertised, and they remained fully active and working throughout. Because these services were successfully delivered, they fall outside our 7-day money-back guarantee, which is why the refund request was declined. A server being unable to be upgraded does not exempt it from our refund policy. Regarding additional VPS stock and upgrades: we genuinely wish we could have fulfilled your request. Our capacity may be limited at times, and when that happens we aren't able to fulfill new orders or upgrade requests until the next restock. We also avoid over-provisioning resources, as doing so would affect service quality and fall short of our service standards. So when there's no available capacity, we'd rather be upfront about it than overcommit and let customers down. We understand this was frustrating, and for that we apologize. Because we couldn't supply the additional capacity you were looking for, we did honestly recommend exploring other providers so your needs could be met without delay. That advice was meant in good faith, not as a brush-off. We didn't want your business to be held back by our limitations. We appreciate you giving us a try, and we're sorry we couldn't be the right fit for your scaling needs this time. If anything about your current active services needs attention, our support team is here to help. Feel free to open a ticket at any time!
