This is the first time using IBK for a purchase. As I’m in the UK I’d usually source locally but the part I needed wasn’t available over here. The initial ordering and confirmation from IBK was quick and efficient so I’d definitely recommend and use again. Helpfully, they were the only bike retailer with the parts I required.
The only downside of my experience was the shipping - not sure if this was because of the uk postal address. FedEX were not great and I needed to follow up on the delivery several times including contacting their support line. What made it more frustrating was that I received emails on two separate occasions to say the delivery was due that day which clearly wasn’t the case as I could see on the tracking it wasn’t even in the uk. The package finally arrived much later than originally stated but this was the carriers responsibility not the retailers.

Bought a cannondale habit 4
At first I was sceptical about this website as it was based in Spain and I am in the uk and the prices looked too good to be true but I ordered the cannondale habit 4 for about £1300 pounds including shipping and the only thing I’d say that was bad was the delivery time which isn’t really even ibk’s fault it did come just under two late which was annoying but with the crazy discount I didn’t actually mind too much. I would 100% recommend buying from ibk it is definitely legit.
Bike was shipped with a paint defect in the frame tube which was not a result from shipping. IBK negotiated a small discount in return for this defect. With less than 50 miles of riding the main pivot bolt unthreaded on my son while riding leading to a major safety concern. Response from IBK was that I should have checked the torque specs on each bolt on the bike before riding although they did not ship the bike with instructions that this was a requirement nor did they provide the OEM torque specs by bolt. Because the bike was ridden they voided their return policy despite the fact the threads were compromised. I would not recommend anyone purchasing a new bike from IBK due to quality or any products due to their unwillingness to uphold policy.

Regarding the paint defect, we offered the manufacturer-approved discount, which was assessed and applied by both the manufacturer and our technical team. Additionally, if you were not satisfied with this resolution, we also provided the option to return the bicycle.
As for the pivot bolt issue, all bicycles undergo a thorough inspection before shipping. However, as clearly stated in our IBK Assembly Guidelines, due to the long transportation process, it is the customer’s responsibility to check and adjust the torque specifications before riding. This is standard industry practice, as bolts may loosen during transit.

Outstanding customer service…
Outstanding customer service and great communication when my package was held up by customs.
Generally speaking had a positive experience with IBK. They were quick to send my order and helped correct a glitch in the system that changed my address to something really odd because of an over seas shipment.
The shipping company that delivered the package is attempting to scam myself and IBK though and are actively breaking several consumer protection laws in Canada by exploiting a widely known scam.
I hope IBK does not get taken advantage of.
Just wanted to say thanks to IBK for the Great deal on my Abus Gamechanger Helmet! I has a hard time searching for this specific color, but inwas lucky enough to find it at your shop! Appreciate the fast shipping as well!
