Chose the company because I liked the things it's owner wrote on his FB page. I liked the way he thinks and wanted to implement his ways in my life and business. So in order to support his en devours and to have trustworthy service I became his client and have not had a problem ever. Only time I needed to ask the support something I got a response in a few minutes and that was when I first created my account and wondered which server place should I use. One year I was a few days late on renewing my account, just did not have the money at the moment. Never told them anything but my site was there, they did not took it down. The support group at ICDSoft is the most knowledgeable support group I have needed in my 30 plus years working with computers, applications and support groups. There doesn't seem to be a problem they cannot fix. Amazing in their ability to respond quickly and come up with answers is remarkable and in writing.
