ICDsoft remains on of the best hosting environments in the game. I recently opened at ticket and it was handled very fast and very professionally. They even took care of something I needed to add but hadn't done so. They are the best!

My business at yazoogle, in Perth Australia, a website design and digital marketing agency has been using ICD SOFT since 2003 and I have never had any problems or down time on their servers hosting my clients website and emails for clients.
Always resolves issues within minutes
As ever, ICDSoft attended to and resolved my issue within minutes. ICD has hosted my very busy college mathematics tutorial site for more than 10 years, and has never taken more than five or so minutes to resolve any issue I have had wih it. My rating of ICDSoft customer service would require at least 5 additional stars, to rate it as a 10.

Their Support Ticketing System Rocks! I have been using ICDSOFT for many many years and with many many sites I manage. I have never had to wait more than a minute or two for responses and love being able to go back to find previous tickets to find information.
