I began using ICDsoft.com over 20 years ago (when they were in their infancy). I first chose ICDsoft after researching over 100 web hosting providers, which I compared in detail using an Excel spreadsheet. To date, I have purchased well over 100 hosting accounts, including Shared, VPS, and Dedicated services. I can say with absolute certainty that their service reliability and customer support are not only stellar but also arguably the best out there. Furthermore, their Support Team is literally the best customer service I have ever experienced with any company in my life, bar none!

Tried and true customer for 20 years
I have been a tried and true customer of ICDSOFT for nearly 20 years. The service and the tech support are terrific. I have hosted sites whose domains were purchased with them, and with other sellers and have never had a problem. Email communication re: expirations and new features are excellent. The time I've been a customer really says it all!
I have been using ICD Soft, Ltd Hosting for many years and the support provided by SureSupport.com is phenomenal! In addition to helping me with issues, they also have gone above and beyond by providing a great learning environment for this non-techie web designer. I cannot adequately express how much I appreciate their help and quick responses to my needs.

I am generally a tough reviewer. 5 star reviews should mean something and if we give too many, we can't recognize the truly outstanding ones -- like ICDSOFT!
I've used them for year. Their support is great and fast. They charge less than competitors but I've never felt I am giving up anything to use the. I once tried one of their competitors who was offering a special deal (and where I knew someone). I quickly reversed course and went back to ICDSOFT.
As a customer since 2002, I can state without hesitation that ICDSoft is the best host I know. In the first years of my web design work, I had some not-so-pleasant experiences with two other hosts.
Fortunately, I then discovered ICDSoft. Support is second-to-none. Most tickets are answered in less than an hour, and the Control Panel interface is constantly improving.
Absolutely impeccable support. I'm a client of ICDSoft for probably more than 20 years and their support hasn't been anything less than stellar - a solution for all your hosting problems in mere minutes if not seconds. Deep knowledge of their field and always very on point suggestions and advices.

Yet Again, Shockingly Great Customer Service
Yet again, I barely have time to walk away from the computer to get a drink and there's an answer to my question. SureSupport from ICDSoft is the best customer service I have encountered in 65 years on this planet. That includes being online since 1986 and their hosting my website since the early 00s.
Every few years I think I might save $20 a year by switching to another host service. Then I ask a help question, get my problem solved in minutes, and realize switching would be entirely foolish.
