Stay away from this supplier. Easily one of the slowest and most unreliable manufacturers I’ve dealt with on Alibaba. Mila Choi took payment for a sample, never shipped it, and then fed false information during Alibaba mediation to avoid issuing a refund. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. This kind of behavior is exactly what gives overseas sourcing a bad reputation—proceed with caution or don’t proceed at all. We used 17 vendors 16 of them shipped out within 2 days. They were the only ones who didn’t.
We take reviews seriously, but several statements here are inaccurate and require clarification. Regarding the claim that we “never shipped the sample” — the order was placed only one day before the demand for shipment. As this is not a ready-stock item, production time is required and immediate dispatch is not feasible. As for the accusation of “false information during mediation,” all communication and timelines were clearly provided and can be verified through platform records. We have followed standard procedures throughout. We understand delays can be frustrating, but expecting shipment within one day for a non-stock product is not aligned with normal manufacturing practices. We remain committed to resolving issues through proper and transparent channels.
