It takes over a month to ship
It said ships in 2-3 business days, then 2-3 business days in the mail. It’s been 3 weeks and I still can’t even track it. My daughter’s bday is on Monday and she doesn’t have the dress she picked out. They should have a disclaimer.. this will take at least a month

I bought this dress for my granddaughter
I bought this dress for my granddaughter for her 5th birthday. She absolutely loved it. The only downside for me was tracking the parcel. All tracking correspondence was in Chinese, and I could not read it. I had no idea on the tracking progress. Once I received the dress, I was over the moon. Seeing my granddaughter squeal with delight on opening her gift, made the purchase so worth while. Dress sizing was perfect. Pricing was also very reasonable. Will definitely purchase from ilovethedress again.

The dress is very nice. However, I ordered it for my daughter to attend her frozen theme birthday party, I paid for expedited shipping the dress came long after the event. I had to go on Amazon and purchase another dress for her to wear. So I will not recommend anyone to pay extra for faster shipping it’s a rip off.

I ordered the Elsa 3 piece outfit that consisted of pants, dress and overcoat. Initially, I received the dress and overcoat, but no pants. The dress and overcoat were beautiful so I didn't want to return it. I emailed them and Within a day they responded. I explained the issue and was told they would send the pants. Although several weeks have passed and I emailed a few days ago asking the status, surprisingly, I received the pants today. I'm happy with the outfit and will order from then again

The first time I ordered a dress from this company they sent the dress I ordered but in the wrong color. I emailed them and no one responded. I ended up reordering the dress bc I needed a smaller size. The second time I ordered the dress over a week went by and I still had not received a shipping confirmation. I finally emailed asking when I would receive the dress as my daughter needed it for a dance. The response was odd about the whole company taking an "outside vacation" and that I would not receive the dress in time for my daughter's dance. I immediately emailed back and asked for a return address label. No response. I emailed again asking to return the dress. Nothing. I still don't have the dress, or a way to return a dress I no longer need. Along with a first slightly too big dress in the wrong color. At least my daughter can grow into the other dress and she doesn't mind the pink. Will never order from this company again. Good luck if you try it.
