You did not send my refund And the dress had an odor of GASOLINE WHICH I WAS NOT GOING TO HAVE MY TWO YR OLD DAUGHTER WEAR IT!!! I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS horrible!!

Packaged in a very small plastic bag. Item so wrinkled you couldn’t tell what is was. Will never order from this site again.
I ordered the Wicked, Glinda dress, for my Grand Daughter for Christmas.The dress was absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations. It is nicer than ANYTHING else I had seen or have seen since.

The costumes are nice, but the shipping took longer than expected. I received the gifts after our Christmas get together.
It fit our 3 year old grandchild perfectly. She loves it so much. I'm going to have to glue one of the little red jewels as it was loose, but she loves it. I also gently pressed the cape using a towel in-between because it is pretty wrinkled coming out of the bag.

I ordered an Elsa dress on Dec 14 knowing full well it might not make it by Christmas. I had no idea the dress was being sent from China. You don't know this until you get shipping information. If they had made it clear that it was coming from China, I would not have ordered it. Now it is Dec 29 and still no dress. The tracking didn't work so I asked for a new link. The reply from the company said, "It works for us - can't you try again?" Really?!? Info I finally got said the dress had reached an airport in the US (don't know which one) on Dec 22 and in one week, there has been no update. Can't get the company to help me at all. I would never buy from this company again.
The little girl who received the dress as a gift was over the moon! Well made and sized perfectly.
Elsa dressed was excellent. Material and look was great. Jasmine outfit would have been great except the bottom was a skirt instead of pants like Jasmine wears.
The dress itself seems fine, but the delivery service (Uniexpress or Uni Uni) is positively the worst I have ever encountered: messages that it will be delivered in 24 hours were false, tracking nearly impossible, and contacting the delivery company was unhelpful
